When will I receive my order?

Our current processing times are up to 4 business days. Once processed, your shipping speed depends on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout. All of our orders include tracking, and you can check the status of your order by following the tracking link that is emailed to you when we ship your order.

Can you help me choose my colors?

Absolutely! Reach out to our customer service team at hello@saltnewyork.com and we will happily assist you :).

Do you accept returns?

We are proud to have an incredibly low return request rate. That said, if things don't work out with your domestic order, send us an email at hello@saltnewyork.com within 30 days of delivery and we will try our best to assist you. Please note that we do not accept returns for international orders.

How is Salt New York sustainable?

One of the biggest problems with all this trash everywhere is....all this trash everywhere. Salt addresses this issue head on by making very, very little trash. Both literally and figuratively. Our makeup products are shipped in refills made from recycled paper, and are held in metal pans. The metal pans and the recycled paper envelopes are fully recyclable. We spoke with various recycling experts to find the best ways to make packaging that can actually enter the recycling system. A huge issue many companies have is making products that sound sustainable, but contain materials that don't easily integrate with the recycling systems available. We kept things simple. Our palettes are built to last using the highest quality materials so they don't end up in the garbage in the first place.

We offer shipping to many countries via DHL Express. Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders and are not liable for lost packages.

Yes and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Nope.

Do you test on animals when required by law?

We don't ship to places where it would be required by law and are excited to contribute to the conversation and activism regarding changing those antiquated laws so in short, nooooope.
